Responsibilities

  • Create and run social media plans for the Managing Partner, B4B, and the Luminary Awards on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok and others.
  • Develop and manage a dynamic content calendar for all brands to ensure timely, consistent, and strategic content publishing across platforms.
  • Produce and manage content that fits each brand’s style and message.
  • Watch our social media channels, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers and influencers.
  • Check social media data to see what works and make improvements.
  • Work with the marketing, design, and content teams to keep our messaging and visuals consistent.
  • Set up and manage social media ads to boost engagement and growth.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and new tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management or digital marketing with examples of past success.
  • Great writing and speaking skills, with a knack for creating interesting content.
  • Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to use data to improve strategies.
  • A college degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area is preferred.
  • Ability to work well on your own and with a team.
