B4B Fellowship: Builder-in-Residence is a 3-month, remote volunteer opportunity for experienced professionals around the world, ready to contribute to bold, high-impact business projects.
Each quarter, we open up 1–3 fellowship spots for strategic thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and operational doers eager to help us build what’s next across B4B Partners and our initiatives.
This isn’t an ordinary internship. It’s a seat at the table; an invitation to plug into our team as a builder, bring your expertise, and push a critical initiative forward.
Whether you’re a program designer, systems thinker, revenue strategist, communicator, or operator, we’re looking for professionals who can come in and create meaningful value from day one.
Requirements
Who We're Looking For?
This fellowship is built for experienced individuals with at least 3 years of professional experience and a strong track record of execution.
Ideal fellows have backgrounds in:

As a Builder-in-Residence, you’ll work directly with our in-house team on priority projects such as:
Designing and scaling
Building systems and processes
Supporting cross-functional projects
Creating tools, research, and communications
Shaping strategy, documentation, or delivery
Each quarter focuses on one key project. You’ll be scoped in based on your skills, interests, and ability to contribute meaningfully.
