Lagos, Nigeria – August, 2025
From Lagos to Nairobi, revenue professionals are playing crucial roles in Africa, a continent described as “the second fastest growing region after Asia.“
Behind every successful African business expansion, every cross-border deal, and every startup that scales from idea to unicorn, there’s a revenue professional making it happen. Yet, while Africa’s economy is valued at 2.83 trillion dollars in GDP, the individuals driving growth through sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, and customer success rarely receive recognition for their impactful contributions.
With the Africa Revenue Makers Awards, that is about to change.

The Africa Revenue Makers Awards (ARMA), powered by B4B Partners, is a continent-wide initiative created to celebrate Africa’s top revenue professionals shaping Africa’s business landscape but mostly working behind the scenes.
“We often talk about Africa’s trillion-dollar potential. But that potential only becomes real when revenue makers bring strategy, structure, and execution together,” said Stacy Ketiku, Head of Programs at B4B Partners. “Recognizing these professionals is not just about the applause, it’s about setting a new standard where excellence in revenue leadership becomes the norm across industries.”
For this pilot program, ARM Awards will honor professionals across 6 distinct categories:
- The Rainmaker Award: focusing on the Sales and Business Development champions
- The Revenue Orchestrator Award: for Revenue Operations & Enablement experts
- The Catalyst Award: for innovators in Marketing & Growth
- The Customer Hero Award: for savants in Customer Success
- The Visionary Revenue Leader Award: for Senior Revenue leaders
- The Rising Star Award: for emerging professionals who are already making waves in their first 3-5 years.
Why It Matters
From business development heads scaling fintech solutions across borders to partnership managers forging trade pathways, revenue professionals are not just “hitting targets.” They are expanding financial inclusion, connecting economies, and writing Africa’s growth story. Their contributions deserve more than an internal email or office cake, they deserve the continent’s spotlight.
If you know a revenue professional doing amazing work, or you’re one yourself, now is your chance to take the stage. Eligibility is open to all revenue professionals of African descent across the continent. Nominees must show measurable impact, consistent performance, and a track record of revenue excellence.
